Job Description
The Research Associate will work in conjunction with the lead analyst, and often another associate, to create and develop equity research products, including research reports, models, and industry analysis.
Required Skills
3+ years prior equity research experience, equity sales, investment banking, and/or relevant industry experience
Series 7/ 63/ 86/ 87
Superior written and oral communication skills
Sophisticated modeling skills
Strong understanding of accounting and financial statement analysis
Passion for rigorous research, with a desire to become an industry expert
Ability to work independently and initiate projects
Ability to maintain a consistent, high level of work flow without losing attention to detail
