Investment Advisor ( $100B AUM ) seeks a Private Equity accountant for the Investment Accounting group. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to ;Oversight of Accounting data received from the custodian banks. Manage Quarterly Reporting of Financial data and Accounting Packages to parent company. Coordinate collection of data needed for the Annual Audits of Private Equity Investments and related footnote disclosures in financial culate and post Expense Accruals. Remain Up to Date on Most Recent Accounting Pronouncements & Regulatory Changes, GAAP (FASB & AICPA )
Undergraduate degree (R); or MBA/MBA candidate a plus
CPA or parts (P)
5 plus years of related business experience (R)
