Manager of Visual Promotional/Credit Marketing Events
Overview:
Manage graphic & credit projects/request between Visual Merchandising/Credit/Marketing and graphic printing managers. Act in a support role to Marketing/Creative Planning Directors by managing all assets/graphics projects needed for storewide and FOB promotional events. Ensure all design, production and marketing is regulated and meets in store timelines; post weekly, monthly, quarterly direction to stores for execution, ensure press samples, strike offs, and graphics legibility for in store presentation is approved before release to Graphic Mangers for production. Work with Marketing Team for approved tools to support Visual office needs. Collaborate with VP Creative, VP Operations, Communications Director, Director of Store Marketing and Director of Graphics.
Key Accountabilities:
Project Management
Ø Coordinate in-store promotional graphic/credit assets for national distribution.
Ø Distribute and coordinate all in-store graphics written direction (Institutional, Promotional, Credit, Cause Marketing)
Ø Strategize, coordinate information and write directive for all storewide promotional & credit campaigns monthly.
Ø Partner with Creative Planners to ensure they meet timelines for posting for FOB specific events.
Ø Develop strong partnerships with visual/marketing/credit teams in order to influence timely turn in dates and communication to the graphic managers to meet the in stores dates.
· Resourcefulness
Ø Partner with all levels of management to promote ideas, build partnerships, educate and create understanding of Macy's Brand ideals.
Ø Partner with Graphic Managers on visual budgets for all marketing strategies.
Ø Create proposals and reconcile budgets seasonally.
Ø Elevate new ideas that are occurring in the market.
Skills Summary:

Word, Excel, Photo Studio, Adobe PageMaker:
· 4-year college degree preferred
· 3-5 years experience of retail selling management or merchandising preferred

· Results-oriented with a strong sense of urgency
· Demonstrates strong listening, written and oral communication skills
· Outstanding creative merchandising skills
