Provide sales/marketing and technical support for assigned products in the areas of product, concept and general industry information, including management of assigned projects.
Create sales initiatives and develop marketing materials/programs, may include product kickoffs and sales campaigns, and/or training and presentation material for external and internal audiences, and/or case design and template development.
Develop and maintain successful working relationships with customers to ensure objectives are achieved.
Provide expertise on assigned products and maintain in-depth knowledge of assigned products/services. May share responsibility for team and individual development and act as a mentor for lower level staff. Other duties as assigned. Who is our ideal candidate? A bachelor's degree or equivalent and 4 - 6 years experience in life insurance product illustrations, preparing life insurance sales presentations, life insurance product analysis, concept selling, marketing and sales.
Experience with life insurance premium financing illustrations, analysis of lending programs, review of lending documents and negotiation of lending terms. Excellent oral, written and presentation skills.
Strong problem solving and organizational skills. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
High level of attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to conceptualize how various components contribute to a given objective.
Very strong PC skills, including spreadsheets, databases, word processing, presentation/graphics software and may include some specialized software applications. Experience with life insurance product training presentations is desirable.
FINRA Series 6. CLU, ChFC and/or CFB certifications are prefered. What else can we tell you? The downtown Minneapolis facility is conveniently located and linked to the Mpls skyway system.
