The Marketing Coordinator will support the Ad Sales Marketing Manager on a daily basis to develop and create marketing materials for the national Ad Sales team across 4 offices (NY, Chicago, Denver and LA).
Assist in the creation of sales presentations, proposals, one-sheets, and other materials as assigned
Coordinate the development of external communication pieces such as website materials, newsletters, email blasts, etc.
Lend support in the planning and execution of annual Upfront initiative
Write and edit creative briefs, strategy documents, and other materials to kick off projects
Generate notes/recaps from meetings and circulate to attendees
Help maintain marketing calendar
Conduct competitive analysis
Perform administrative duties as needed
Bachelor’s degree from four year college or university or equivalent combination of education and experience
