Quality Manager
CornerStones Direct Placement Division has partnered with a highly customer rated Physician Owned Hospital in the Mid-Cities area. Were looking for a Quality Manager. Selected Quality Manager will evaluate and monitor the daily function of patient care. Critical priority will be to enhance programs to ensure exceptional care and comfort. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to identifying areas of risk and designing appropriate plans to manage and eliminate potential injury to patients, visitors and employees. Quality Manager also train staff on healthcare compliance and uphold all regulations associated with patient care. This is a patient advocate role, which serves as a resource to patients, families, providers and hospital staff on medical and quality issues.



Requirements:

? RN, Texas licensure
? Bachelors degree in the healthcare field; masters degree preferred
? Quality Management Certification
? Extensive knowledge of the Joint Commission as well as federal and state regulatory requirements
? 5+ years healthcare quality experience, preferably in a hospital setting
? Background developing and implementing staff education with strong training and presentation skills
? Self motivated and driven
? Excellent verbal and written communication with all levels of the organization, patients, vendors, regulatory agencies, etc.
? Skilled in Administration, leadership and problem solving
